This practice participates in the NHS Zero Tolerance Policy scheme. This means that we do not tolerate rude, abusive or aggressive behaviour in any form, to any member of our staff and could see you removed from our practice list.

Our staff are here to help you and we ask that you treat them with respect and courtesy.
