How To See The Doctor / Nurse

appointment_1Consultations are by appointment only.  You can make an appointment by telephoning or calling in person to the surgery. You will be offered an appointment with your registered doctor if he/she is available. You can expect to see a doctor within two working days, although there might be times when you may have to wait longer when demand on the service is very high.

Appointments with the nurse should be booked well in advance whenever possible. It is necessary to inform the receptionist of the reason for your nurse appointment to ensure that the correct amount of time is allocated.

You can help us by:

  • Arriving on time for your appointment.
  • Letting us know if you need to cancel an appointment were possible with 24 hours notice.

Do not book follow-up appointments unless expressly instructed by the clinician.
